Infinity Project Construction while in its infancy has over 25 years’ experience in the Construction & Finance Industry with the last 10+ years concentrating on the Development & Funding side of the Industry.

We understand and respect the sensitivity of market perception and the private needs of our purchasers. Infinity Project Construction have progressively been working toward entering the market place with specific projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and budget.

We feel the right person is better than 4 or 5 half committed and unfocused individuals. We focus our commitment from the onset and work towards greater trust and autonomy within the business. We have a controlled growth program to ensure the right projects are selected after going through a thorough due diligence checklist.

This understanding has formed the foundations of our initial structure and has led us to this section of the industry where we feel we can value add to any project. Infinity Project Construction feels the inclusion of our high experience in the Construction & Finance Industry on both the construction side & finance side gives us a sound base in which to add to projects.

This dedication allows for an in depth examination of the project to ensure we provide the right guidance to the project team of Consultants to get to the delivery of the project. Ryan L’Huillier is the Managing Director of the company and is hands on for all projects with Mark Anderson as the Construction Director and Gary Klinger the Business Development Director. Supporting us is our Chief Financial Officer Terry Knight who has over 25 years’ experience in the Banking Sector and controls all financial aspects of Infinity Project Construction. As a team as well as our site teams where required we will monitor all aspects of the project ensure an extremely smooth run through from our inclusion to delivery of the project.

Ryan L’Huillier - Managing Director

Ryan L’Huillier has been involved in the Construction Industry for over 23 years and is the co-founder and the Managing Director of Infinity Project Construction

In his time he has come through the ranks of the Construction Industry with a very strong knowledge of construction of all types of projects. He has completed projects with Builders in all forms of the industry from high rise commercial builders, project builders and also local builders giving him a huge diversity and portfolio of projects.

Ryan’s strong construction background has been enhanced over the last 8 – 9 years working closely with developers on their projects from inception. He has helped major players in the market to assist in getting their projects through all areas of the industry to actually delivering them on site. This stands him in good stead to manage and oversee projects moving forward and especially delivering our projects on time and on budget.

Mark Anderson – Construction Director

Mark Anderson like Ryan has had in excess of 25 Years in the Construction Industry having extensive Senior Site roles with some of Australia’s best known construction companies.

Mark brings a strong Project Management capability having strong technical knowledge and proven ability to manage Teams, Project Budgets, Risk Assessment programs and co-ordinate and manage key Service providers.

Having managed a diverse range of Projects and several well known rectification contract roles in Medium Rise Buildings places Mark in a strong position to ensure our Projects are programed and delivered on time and to client expectation.

Gary Klinger – Business Development Director

Gary Klinger has spent more than 20 years in Automotive dealerships running and managing the Automotive aftersales divisions for BMW and Lamborghini

Gary has been in the construction industry for the past 4 years and has managed a number of Residential Projects from Unit developments to Apartment complexes.

His organizational skills and attention to detail has seen the transition into Property run well and a new understanding of the challenges faced by Developers in an ever increasingly complex environment.

Through his previous industry experience Gary has formed strong relationships with strategic groups in the Development Industry. Drawing on those relationships Gary uses these to draw in potential clients and proposals while also preparing early budget and feasibility testing for the Group.

Terry Knight – Chief Financial Officer

Terry has been working within the Finance Sector before joining Infinity Project Construction.

His prior responsibilities saw him managing and extending Debt Facilities to Medium sized Property Developers and Operators over the past 20 years ranging from Land Subdivisions, Retail Shopping Centres, Health, Hospitality and Service Station Assets. 

Terry’ own involved in Residential Property Developments with a wide range of responsibilities over the past decade provides Terry with a balanced perspective.

Terry’ oversees the business cash flow and monitoring of client budgets to contract with our Project Managers to ensure our clients expectations are always met.
